Cancellation Information:
In the event of cancellation by the client:
The client’s deposit is non-refundable.
Depending upon the date of cancellation, there will be an additional fee to pay:
Cancellation within 1 week of ceremony – full fee
Cancellation within less than 1 month but more than 1 week of ceremony – 75% of fee
Cancellation within 2 – 6 months of ceremony 50% of fee
Cancellation within 7 – 12 months of ceremony 25% of fee
Cancellation over 12 months deposit only is payable
In the event of cancellation by the celebrant:
In the rare event that I cannot attend the ceremony due to extenuating circumstances, I will endeavour to find another qualified and respected celebrant to deliver the ceremony, passing on all of your requirements. Should this not be possible, I will refund any monies paid to me by the client.

Halo Celebrancy is fully insured with Hiscox Insurance for both Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public and Products Liability Insurance Policy Number: PL-PSC10003384408/00
